These take a while to get used to sleeping in but I feel it helps keep my hair from rubbing and breaking while I sleep. It is good looking so I don't feel too self-conscious wearing it around my partner.

The elastic band makes the bonnet adjustable so now even my daughter wants to use it and we will purchase another one for her.
